In Again Consignment

I purchased a *** belt for $115+ taxes from this company in the spring of 2019. I noticed and called the same afternoon. I was instructed to return the belt asap and that I would be refunded the same to my account (I was a consignor of clothing) once the owner, Dimitri, returned from his vacation. I returned the belt 2 days later. I visited months later, checked the balance of my account and saw that I was still not credited for the belt. I have phoned and left messages weekly, for months, with no return. I would like to be refunded for the belt, and issued a cheque for my clothing that had been consigned. I would like a breakdown of the details for what is paid/owed. Thank you.
