They messed up a MAJOR order and I have been trying to get this taken care of for the last 3 weeks, and all they say is that they will have a manager call me back or email me back, but they never do.
Their customer service team is useless and you might as well not even try, because not only they only say things on their script, but they won't move a finger to help the customers out. I am surprised that they don't have an even lower Google rating, because they are the absolutely worst.
I work with multiple different vendors and never had an experience as bad as I have had with Imprint ID. I wouldn't recommend this experience to my worst enemy. Don't waste your time nor your money with them.
Review: I placed a phone order with Imprint ID based off the information I saw from a catalog, phone and email exchange. It was a rush order. I appreciated them putting it through, but apparently it was too rushed because when I received the shipment on 5/28/14 I could see through the open spaces of the busted up box, the product was not what I ordered. I took pictures, informed them of my dissatisfaction and that I arranged on 6/3/14 for [redacted] pick up and return to sender as "refuse to accept." The package was to be shipped to the mailing address on the label. I spoke to Imprint ID representative Nur on 6/4/14. He stated they would process a refund upon box's return. I verified tracking number with him. On 6/9/14 I received a phone call from a man named [redacted] in Georgia stating he received "my box" of rubber bands from [redacted] where he got my phone number. I was thankful he called. I phoned [redacted] to have box picked up and shipped to Imprint ID. They said the shipper would have to call and make arrangements. I notified Nur of this. I gave him [redacted]'s information. He assured he would take care of. I've made attempts since 6/9/14 to Nur regarding status of shipment and return. No response. I phoned 6/23/14 spoke to associate Amin who was extremely rude, unwilling to answer my questions regarding shipment or refund, responding with insults to my business acumen. Very demeaning, escalating the situation unnecessarily. I learned 6/24/14 from [redacted] representative Victoria #[redacted] the shipper phoned [redacted] on 6/5/14 requesting the box be shipped to the address in Georgia. ImprintID maintained they could not refund monies until shipment was received until I made them aware of my knowledge of their intervening on 6/5/14. They have the recipients name/address/phone as I provided on 6/4/14. Please be advised this company does not post refund policies on their website. I think their actions regarding the [redacted] shipment were deceptive and merits being brought to your attention.Desired Settlement: Because this was such an egregious process for a refund, which is not yet complete, I'd like for Revdex.com to hold the business accountable for establishing ethical refund policies and making those public to the public via their website. I'd also like this complaint to go on file and be available for other potential merchants informational knowledge and more equipped to safegaurd their consumer rights.
