customer and that they were holding all transactionthat were processed after this withdrawal which includes [redacted]'s funds for $2000. My records from Authorize.net are showing atransaction in the amount of $2000 on 10/10/14. I have no record of any charges for $4000.  Again First Data and [redacted] have these funds and that iswho you should be contacting to recover this customer’s funds.  I have the [redacted] Bank statement that show the account wasterminated on 10/10/14 and none of the funds for Mrs. [redacted] was ever applied to my account; Authorize.Net settlement reportrecords where it shows the details of the report for [redacted] for $2000; and A termination letter from [redacted] and FirstData detailing the termination of my merchant account. Mrs. [redacted] is not the only one being scammed. I still do not really know why I was terminated becauseI have not received any precise details from First Data. Any time she wishes to review my records she can do so. And I don’t know where she is getting this figure of $4000 from that is on your Revdex.com notice because there is nothing on the Authorize.net that shows those funds were ever applied to Impressive Web Designs. Clearly I can show that I never received the funds and that First Data is holding the funds. I am so verysorry this happened to one of our good clients but Impressive Web Designs has done nothing to cause this customer harm. Please contact [redacted] MerchantServices who is partnered with First Data that handles all transactions before I ever see them. My reputation is being ruined by [redacted] and First Dataand I still have not received a detailed response from them so I can begin to clear my name. This situation is not fair to me and my customers becauseneither of us did anything wrong.  If you need to contact me I am available.
