Review: On June *, 2014 I called the salon for a price of a wash and blow dry. I was told the price was $30. I took my daughter into the salon 5 minutes after calling to have her hair washed and blow dried. After her hair was done I went to the counter to pay and was told the price was $41. I inquired why and was told that's how much a wash and blow cost. I explained to the woman that I called seconds before entering the salon and was quoted the price of $30. She then tried to explain I was being charged this price because my daughter has a lot of hair. I informed the young lady this was not my daughter's first time in the salon. I have never been charged $41 to wash and blow dry her hair because it is "a lot of hair." This is an unfair business practice that needs to be corrected.Desired Settlement: I was charged $36 instead of $41. I was quoted the price of $30 therefore I would like to have been charged $30. I am requesting my $6 be returned.
