I had an appt 11/24/to bring in my 4Runner at which I didI asked that the brakes and U-joints be checked and speedo cable replacedif neededBy noon they hadn't startedBy 4:p.pm....same storyWhen I went over to pick it up I was handed a bill for "change oil every 3,miles"...oil had been changed days before, "drive belts cracked", ""idle arm play", "leaking valve cover gasket", "exhaust system holes" and recomendation that brake pads and shoes be replaced soonNo mention of the other items I asked about but a bill for $for providing me info I didn't need or ask for....and I had to wait minutes to get itOh..I should mention that $of the charge was for a tech ot test drive and not be able to find clacking in speedo cableMy summary...an incompetent rip-off and I wouldn't even drive by this place again much less have work done
