At this time, my complaint, ID 11868565 regarding Import Cabinet & Countertops, Inc. has been resolved.The owner (Jacky Lin) of Import Cabinet & Countertops contacted us a week ago and offered to fix the items that weren't complete and the work that wasn't don't...
satisfactorily. Because of time constraints, our building contractor's foreman did the work. Mr. Lin apologized for being disrespectful and rude to us and said he would come back if we needed anything else fixed.
