Final Response to Revdex.com Complaint - No refund will be issuedEfforts to find a peaceful resolution to this dispute have failedThe Revdex.com policy does not allow slanderous complaints to be withdrawn once officially submittedThe services received on 12/28/included furnace failure diagnosis and partial repairSevere maintenance neglect caused filter material and dirt to block the evaporator coilThe furnaces high temperature safety cut-off switch tripped several times during diagnosisCombined with a high duct static pressure reading and visible filth on the evaporator prompted its cleaning The blower motor capacitor was under the required mfd value and was replaced free of charge The technician needed to access the 1st floor to search for possibly restricted vent openingsAccess was denied The customer and technician agreed to remove the blower cover to supply emergency heat during the extreme cold until access was available and the service could be rescheduled for completionThe customer received a discounted hourly rate and a capacitor free of chargeThe customer’s attempts to reach the company over the holiday weekend were unsuccessful and no messages were left by the customerOn 1/1/the customer filed their complaint
As of today, 2/2/I have not received a refund as was promised
I am willing to refund the customer’s money, but only if: 1) Customer withdraws complaint immediately and states the matter is closed, and 2) Customer never contacts the company again for any kind of services

This company did nothing to resolve this matter, I filed a dispute with my bank and the bank refunded my moneyI am very dissatisfied with the company offering no resolution
