signed up for a FREE trial of their product agreeing to pay for shipping only. Unknown to me they later billed my credit card for their full price.
After requesting & receiving a "free" trial offer, I did not know they billed me for the full price until I received a second shipment that I did not ask for or authorize. I called to find out they not only billed me full price for the "free" trial but also billed me for the second shipment, refusing to refund me or take the shipment back. I am disputing with my credit card. they claim they waived the cancellation fee, but I never agreed to anything so not sure why there is a cancellation fee. billed me 2/16, received shipment more than 14 days after billing which they claim you have to cancel within 14 days. how can you if you don't even know about it?Over $300.00 for a 'FREE TRIAL"
I want all money refunded to me as I did not agree to any of this or receive any communication. they claim today to send me another email with the cancellation that I still have not received. I will return the product, as it does not work anyway, and you can buy it on Amazon for $20. I want $309.74 refunded to my credit card and this companies advertisement removed, as it is a fraud!

They are stating they don't see an account now because I called and inquired when I received the second shipment, with no invoice enclosed, no paperwork stating anything to find out why I received it. That is when I learned that they had already billed me over $300 for the 2nd shipment and the "free" trial and because they had billed me 14 days prior to sending the shipment I was too late to receive a refund of any kind for either shipment, but that they would cancel me and "waive" the cancellation fee, of which I knew nothing about and she would not tell me how much it was, only not to worry she wouldn't charge me. Now they say they have no record of my account!? I don't have the information with me right now at work, I gave it to my husband to dispute the charges on our credit card that they billed without my consent. I will send a 2nd reply to this with the phone number.
The amount authorized and amount charged to my credit card are not the same and company would not cancel or refund when contacted starting in Sept 17.
Purchased a $4.95 trial offer plus S&H for a total of $9.92 in May 2017 via a Facebook Ad and have now been billed two separate charges every month that vary between $74.90-$84.90 and $49.93-$69.93 per month since since June 2017. No where on the trial order confirmationdoes it say that this will be automatically billed monthly going forward.
They are two separate charges, listed as two different names with two different phone numbers on my bank statement.
I E-mailed them again on Sept 1 2017 to cancel, which was my second request and they responded saying I have to call in the cancellation. I called 3 months in a row after charges posted to my account again, only response was a $20 discount on the Jan 2018 charge.
The number on the e-mail and the numbers on my bank statement are all different.

Called again 2/5/18, Supervisor said they have record of my e-mail but have no notes of my calls, but will cancel today and waive the cancel fee (no mention of cancel fee on order confirmation either). Confirm # ***
I told him I wanted it canceled and a refund retro to Sept 2017 (when I e-mailed and called originally) issued and that I had all of the deliveries unopened to return as well. He said they do not offer refunds or returns and no money would be returned.
I hung up and called the other number on my statement to cancel the second shipment and they gave me the EXACT same story and noted that my account was already cancelled effective today from my other call. I asked if it is the same account why are there two charges, two names and two phone numbers listed on my statement, he noted something about manufacturer names.
Ironic how they had record of my cancellation today after I threatened Revdex.com and filing a claim with my credit card company, but neither party has any record of my 4 phone calls in the last 4 months to cancel.

These charges total $1023.81 since May 2017 when all I authorized was $4.95 plus S&H for a total of $9.92.
These companies are a complete scam.
I can provide a copy of the order confirmations if they would be helpful.
They HAVE RECORD of my e-mail to cancel and yet still would not provide a refund. I want the entire amount, less the trial and S&H amount of $9.97 that I agreed to, refunded which is $1013.89. I am willing to return the unauthorized and unopened deliveries I have provided that they pay the return shipping cost. If possible, I also would like their advertising practices as well as their cancellation policy reviewed as they are false, misleading and difficult to navigate and I do not want anyone else to fall victim to their scam. The customer, ***, signed up for our free 14 day trial for the Imperium Garcinia Cambogia and Imperium Colon Cleanse on 05/30/2017 in which she paid $4.95 and $4.97 for shipping and handling to receive the products. In order for the customer to process the order, they have to click a box to agree to the terms and conditions on the website. We only promote trials and there is no mention of any smaller sized bottles or samples. The 14 day free trial then expired on 06/13/2017 and as it was agreed upon in the terms and conditions, the customer purchased the trial bottle of the Garcinia Cambogia for $79.95 and $69.93 for the trial bottle of the Colon Cleanse. The account remained active on our monthly program and new shipments of the Garcinia Cambogia and the Colon Cleanse were being sent out on the 14th of every month from July 2017 to January 2018. On 02/05/2018, the customer called in to cancel the account. The program and all transactions has been fully explained to the customer. The customer claimed to have cancelled her account via email. We do show record of an email being sent from the customer on 09/01/2017 but we advised the customer to call in and speak to one of our customer service representatives due to our strict online privacy policy. The account has been completely cancelled as of 02/05/2017 so the customer doesn't receive another shipment or transaction from our company. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences. Deceptive / misleading initial advertising led to extremely high charges, hard to cancel, did not work.
This company offered a 2-week free trial. After the 2 weeks they charged me $84 for the product! Then they continued sending it to me for $75 per month and I tried multiple times to contact them by mail to stop this ridiculous expense. They never replied. I found their phone number on another "scam" website and called tonight to cancel and wanted a refund of all prior product. They would only refund the current month of December. I want a refund for all prior months since I would never have authorized such a ridiculous expense if it had been clear up front.
Refund of July-Dec charges, $84/month = $504 total.

On 12/15/2017, the customer called in to cancel the account. The program and all transactions has been fully explained to the customer. However, we understand that on rare occasions customers can miss this information or misunderstand how the program works. Our company does offer a 30 day money back guarantee so the customer was able to return the most recent shipment for a refund. As a courtesy, we issued the full refund for the month of December in the amount of $84.90 and the customer was not required to return that shipment. The account has been completely cancelled as of 12/15/2017 so the customer doesn't receive another shipment or transaction from our company. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences. I opted for a free trial as advertised in the media. Before I knew it I received another shipment! No information for cancellation or any sort. Shipments keep coming and I do not want additional shipments and when I call an 800 # I found on web no one answers. This is clearly not professional and I would not caution anyone to purchase. In addition I've had no results!!!! Be Aware
