Some years ago this company helped rebuild a rock wall that was so poorly constructed it had to be completely rebuilt - they did a wonderful job Over the past few weeks I've been trying to set an appointment for some additional work - I've left two messages asking for an appointment and stressing the urgency to get one set; I've also called there literally a dozen other times trying to catch someone/anyone who works, there but no ever answers the phone Why no return phone call? It's frustrating, especially since I let the company know I really want to get going on this project I think it reflects poorly on any business to not return a phone message, even if just to say we're too busy to help
