Review: I contacted Mr. [redacted] from a referral from [redacted] Pool in Lodi. Mr. [redacted] stated the he does acid washing of swimming pools. He would come out and drain the pool and acid wash the pool so no stains were visable. He said that he could answer our questions about our pool heater and the other equipment. He came out on Friday Sept 6, 2013 started draining the pool. He was to return at 7 AM on Saturday morning to start the acid wash. He showed up three hours late to started the procedure. I was concerned and brought it to their attention that I did not like them throwing the waste water on our plants. And preferred they disposed of it out side the fencing. When he decided he was finished they picked up and was leaving in a dead heat run, wanting paid before we inspected the job they did. I approached Mr. [redacted] with discussed of the job they had done he said he could not get the stains out. My husband being the nice guy he is, paid him and they left. We had to fill our pool again at a cost of Approx. $500.00 with the stains still in the pool. It looks no better now than when we called him. He charged us: $816.40 for the acid wash and $50.00 for draining the pool. I am requesting our money back for the inadequate job that was done. We have photos if there is a way to send them as evidence. Thank you so much, I do not want anyone else to recieve the service we have.

I would like all or part of my money refunded. The job that was done was not up to business standards for any new or established company. Referrals are the life line of any business and I can not refer anyone to this company.
