The parking lot has numerous areas in the lot that instruct each parker to display receipt on dash. On the sign next to the pay station, the pay station's LED screen, and on the receipt paper itself. This is business praticies at all lots in Saint Paul. Impark will refund
the customer's parking violation amount as she has proof of payment
As you can see from the attached photo, the verbiage on the meter itself clearly states (in red & white) that the receipt should be placed on the dash board face upThe receipt must be face up, so that the time of purchase and expiration can be clearly read, or a violation is issuedIf the
customer sends us the wrongly placed receipt, along with the issued violation, it is voided and no further action is taken. Thank you. Cindy ***Parking Manager

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 15, 2016/03/11) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the...
business.)
I received the refund, but the company does not address the fact that they screwed me over through false advertising. I am out of a parking space and have no where to park my car for 2 months because of Imperial Parking. Imperial Parking promised me a spot in their lot, which they revoked just days before I was supposed the beginning of the month when I was able to park. The lack of transparency of Imperial Parking is shameful.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 17, 2016/03/14) */
This property no longer offers monthly parking to non-US Bank employees, so a refund at this property is all we are able to offer. There is transitional parking available in the ramp for $4 a day, payable with cash or credit card. We apologize for the inconvenience.
