In response to complaint *** the matter has been resolved on Monday Jan25, as promised in a phone call I *** ***Mr*** *** call on Friday Jan22, 2016, with demand of getting the ring back on Monday which I understood that he was upsetI explained that the jeweler had been
hospitalized and could not finished his jobs in the timely manner as he always take careHe is a master craftsman and very dependable we have delt with him for 30yrsHe finely came after ergently asking for that job to delivered by MondayAs soon as he delivered the ring I call Miss *** *** who the repair was made forShe came in picked up the repair with no problem, and was very happy with the workMiss *** even got a little more work out of repair which I had to absorb the extra cost because the jeweler made a mistake by giving her a 1/shank instead of 1/shank and sizing up to 1/2. She came in picked up the repair with no problem, and was very happy with the work. Miss [redacted] even got a little more work out of repair which I had to absorb the extra cost because the jeweler made a mistake by giving her a 1/2 shank instead of 1/4 shank and sizing up to 6 1/2. I hope this satisfied Revdex.com we have been in business for 30yrs.
