We told customer that the factory is approx days out for her home and we are in tract to deliver approx 2nd week of October which is right at the days .I left her a message offering her a refundless any permits and other moneys spentby the site contractor .Sincerely Tom

These issues have been resolved and fixed by the manufacturer and the customer has a copy of there signed off job card verifying job was finalized.

The electricity is finally working. Finally the company sent an electrican to crawl under the mobile home to discover the crew had only plugged in 2 prongs, not 3. I went for weeks/months with no electricity. I should be compensated. This company is run by crocks. Tell us why here...

I am rejecting this response because: The owner: Tom ? Verbally promised me the manufactured home would be delivered by Sept. 1, 2017. Then when I called him he stated it would be the end of Sept. Then out of the blue he called again and said he was sorry but it will be mid-OCT. He knows I am here at [redacted] living in an RV with no electricity with a disabled brother. I do not want a refund because then I will have to start my wait over. I want our manufactured home delivered ASAP!
