Imperial Granite and Marble

Hi, We were getting renovation done and this business was recommended to us by our contractor *** of *** who is a good friend of Mr A, owner of Imperial Granite and Marble. We went and selected a stone for counter tops of our kitchen and bathrooms and our first condition was to chose a stone that he had in stock. We chose three stones that he had in his warehouse. Next day when I went to his store to make payment he told we dont have anything and so he has to buy a entire slab. Since the bathroom renovation was stuck I and my husband agreed to buy the entire slab which was 2600/- ( Very Expensive, Cosentino, Sile stone slab) for the slab and his labor charge for bathroom was 1100/- and so the total was 3700+tax. He delivered the bathroom counter top and I kept asking everymoment, "HOPE WE WONT BE SHORT FOR KITCHEN, Hope we can use it for kitche" AND he kept replying yes we have.

At the end of bathroom renovation and when I did last payment, he kept ignoring my calls and I had to call several times to him to even finish the bathroom job. when we called him to discuss about the left over slab. he told he has nothing.

3700/- for two small bathrooms and show me one shop which sells a counter top for $270 per feet.
