would be taking the VRE down and asked if someone could pick him up. Our lot person went to pick him up in the Audi n and offered to have him drive it back he declined. On arrival to the dealership he was asked again if he would like to look over and test drive the vehicle and again he declined. Paperwork was done and he was on his way within the hour. The next day he called and talked to our General Manager about the hood latch release was not there and he could not get the hood open , We then offered to get it fixed for him at no cost but he declined. Over the next couple of days he continued to call and ask what could be done, each t ime we offered to have it fixed and he declined. Attached are messages sent back and forth from a manager to the customer. Thank you Imperial Auto
