I sold my condominium unit in the summer of 2019. I informed Impact Real Estate Management of this in writing. There is a new owner in my former living in the unit. Additionally, my realtor informed Impact Real Estate Management of this, several time; however, I continue to receive invoices for common charges from Impact Real Estate Management. The latest invoice is dated 02//2020. Impact Real Estate Management needs to properly update their records to reflect the new owner of the unit.
We change the owner of record once we get copies of the closing from the title company or attorney.
This is the only way we can confirm that the unit closed.
It does take a few months for the documents to be forwarded to us.
There are instructions in the common charge release letter to mail us the closing documents once a closing takes place.
Please have the person who is complaining contact me directly if they choose to do so.
I can be reached at *** or email ***
Thank You,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I would rather not respond directly as I would like a record of this situation.Selling my condominium was part of a relocation program through my employer. As soon as I verbally accepted the buyer’s offer, The Cartus Corporation purchased my home from me in summer 2019. The purchaser then worked directly with Cartus to close on the home, which in their case, took place on November *** 2019.Between the summer of 2019 and November 2019, Cartus was the interim owner, not I. Both Cartus and my real estate agent (Catherine F) communicated this to Impact Real Estate. After November 2019, there was a new owner and it was not I.Therefore, why am I receiving this invoice for $144.89?You indicated in your response that it takes a few months to receive closing documents from the title company/attorney. Which closing documents are you referring to, the closing documents from the summer of 2019 or the closing documents from November 2019? Either way it’s more than a few months. This begs to ask the question; if you don’t have the closing documents, who are you billing for the monthly common charges since November 2019? I would imagine it’s the new owner.
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
Sincerely
This matter has been resolved.
The title company sent over the closing documents which in my initial reply I said they would do so and it takes a few months from closing.
The new owner is reflected in our records and *** has no outstanding balance.
Thank You
