Stay away from this business! They were responsive and seemed good initially when making the saleWe placed an order for a new custom entry door for our home and new garage doorsThey said it would take 10-weeksIt took months! Their customer service was horribleThey would never call to give updatesWe were lied to many timesFrequently they would not show up on days they had scheduled to and wouldn't even callHours later after failing to show we would call and they would give some excuse or lie to us
Finally months later they are finished with the front door, then tell us that they no longer have their vendor for garage door products and cannot fulfill the garage doors!! If this was the case they should have let us know before thisWe asked numerous times about the garage doors along the way and they lied, or evaded the questions, and were deceitful
