Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10805024, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, Doug Gerlach has sent people to our home numerous times over the past three years and the leak has never actually been repaired He sent someone to our home on 10/ We were not there and he did not call in advance He phoned my husband that evening and said there was a rotted section of board that his employee filled with roof tar and that "should fix the leak" If the board is rotted, it is due to his inability to repair this issue in a timely manner, and the board should be replaced We will see if the leak continues when we have another rainy dayAt this time, the matter is still unresolved There is a hole in the wall in my family room and the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced.I would like to restate that this has been going on since this company replaced our roof and painted/calked our home and was paid in full[redacted] ***
