Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
*** *** is not addressing our claimHe is using arguments to cover up his real dealings.
1)We were looking for a company that was supposed to provide real information regarding home***s in distress with days late on their mortgage paymentsNot anything else, not names that do not match with the real home*** for an amount of money, since paying for a name that doesnt belong to the home*** on title is simply a scam
2)We got into contact with *** *** AKA IMPACT MARKETING SOLUTIONS AKA *** He offered us names of people that are one month behind in their mortgage payments, for a certain amount PER NAME.
3)He requested us to pay him in advance for the list the amount of $dollars but has to be with a check or wireNo credit cards or other mean of payment
4)We did, we sent him a Check for $dollars, he cashed the check and sent us a list of names that were supposed to be from home***s that are days late on their mortgage payment, so we can do our marketing to those names, offering our real estate servicesUp to that point everything was okWhen a person is only days behind in the mortgage payment, do not show on the Public trustee and do not have a notice of default, since lenders do Notices of Default months after the first payment is missing, sometimes a year
5)** *** AKA *** told us before paying him $that if we find names that do not match with the *** of record, he will replace the names for new names
6)We revised the list, and found that around out of names did not match with the real home*** on record, were simply plain names, other names were of people that had already a Notice of Default and were public, that is no longer a lead, and was worthless
7)We sent the list with all the names that did not match the home*** and the names of people that had a Notice of Default already at the Public Trustee's office, so he will replace those names for new ones, as agreed
8)Days passed, and we had no response from *** AKA *** *** AKA IMPACT MARKETING SOLUTIONS
we sent him several emails with no response whatsoeverAt that point we only wanted the replacement of the names, but no response
9) After a month, he replied stating that they were "reviewing" the list
10) Finally, *** *** said that he was perfectly fine, and he will not replace nor refund our $dollars because for him, he was perfectly fine
We feel that this is simply a swindle, that *** *** is deceiving the public, and he cant be lose doing this kind of deals to innocent people
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***

Dear ConsumerMy company had never received an order or a wire from you for $for the month of AprilPlease supply me with the invoice # and your full company infoContact me directly at *** with the information needed and I will look into this for you immediately

Here is what I can tell you. You called looking for a credit bureau file targeting
people who are currently late on their mortgage. This is illegal, it is against

[redacted] explained this to you and suggested using a model build from property
and demographic (public record information) criteria to create a similar effect.
You signed an invoice and paid my company via check for $400.00, not the

Review: We were told that IMPACT MARKETING SOLUTIONS AKA [redacted] was a company that was selling high quality leads for marketing in real estate. Actually, the leads IMPACT MARKETING SOLUTIONS AKA [redacted] AKA [redacted] were names of people that are 30 days behind in their mortgage payments. [redacted] re assure us that his product was accurate, the leads or list of names he was selling was real and he will charge 70 cents a piece. We accepted the deal so he ask us to WIRE the funds to his company bank account. Actually $300 dollars. We stupidly did and wire the funds in advance. A day later we got an email with a bunch of names. Those names did not belong to any homeowner, when we checked the names and the owner on record, only matched 1 in 4 names, but 3 out 4 of the 1 in 4 were names of people that already are in foreclosure so anyone can access the info. So this was simply a scam, a way of deceiving the public and get $300 dollars for nothing.Desired Settlement: We want IMPACT MARKETING SOLUTIONS AKA [redacted] to refund our $300 dollars for nothing he sold to us.

Dear Consumer. My company had never received an order or a wire from you for $300.00 for the month of April. Please supply me with the invoice # and your full company info. Contact me directly at [redacted] with the information needed and I will look into this for you immediately. Thanks.

Review: I ordered 3000 pieces of marketing material to be sent to potential customers. I also ordered the PURL platform to be used by customers to contact me. When I contacted the company regarding the PURL platform not working, I was told it would be fixed within 1 day. After 3 weeks and several calls regarding the PURL platform not working, I was unable to contact the company. Also, I was never sent the mail tracking number that shows that my marketing material had been sent. I payed $2577 for this material with no proof that the services had been rendered. I have since been unable to contact the company with my complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund since no proof was ever given that the service I ordered was rendered. I also received zero responses from any potential customers.

Response:

IMPACT Marketing Solutions is a Direct Marketing Firm. We sell direct marketing lists and facilitate mail when necessary. Like all direct marketing companies, we do not get paid by the amount of responders that come in off a given campaign. We are paid for our service which are generating a mailing list to the client's specifications, Create a direct mail piece with the client's specifications and information and PURLs (Personalized URLs) again in conjunction with the client.

In this circumstance, we pulled the client's file according to the requested criteria, we created a direct mail piece for the client using all requested information and we added PURLs (Personalized URLs) as requested.

The client is claiming he never received proof his campaign went out, his PURLs didn't work and nobody answered the phone in the office. None of this is true. He was sent proof of delivery from the USPS (United States Postal Service), the PURL platform was tested before the direct mail campaign was printed as is our normal operating procedure. Everything went out as planned and proper proof of shipment was sent to the client.

In the end, the client was unhappy with his response in the mail and is looking to try and get his money back and give us a bad name in the process. This is our first and only Revdex.com Complaint in over 2 and a half years in business and over 200 clients served. We stand behind our work and will work any and all issues out with our clients if they arise. Since we are not paid via response and all goods and services were rendered correctly at the point of sale, there is no true foundation for his allegations.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I have emailed copies of the emails exchanged with your company. I will also get the phone records once the owner is back in town.

Review: We contacted IMPACT MARKETING SOLUTIONS located at [redacted] thru his supposed sales person [redacted] ( never gave his last name ) to purchase leads they advertise selling of people that are 30 days behind in their mortgages. [redacted] assured the quality of the leads he intended on selling for 30 cents each ( each name provided he charged 30 cents ). Each name he provided according to him and his advertising and offer, was supposed to be from people that are 30 days behind in their mortgage payments. That was what we wanted. He agreed to provide that but he requested to be paid in advance and only thru a wire transfer to his bank account. We did that, we transferred $300 dollars to his bank account. He sent us an email with a list of names. We checked each and every name of the supposed home[redacted]s, we were surprised to find ou that the names he provided did not belong to the home[redacted] of the property, were just random names with random addresses, in other words, JUNK. We contacted [redacted] to request a solution to this matter 3 months ago and we only got one response from him, that he was working on it. The last emails were no longer responded. He sold us false and worthless names for $300 dollars in advance. From the moment that he promised to sell us leads and if he is in the business of marketing he should deliver what he promised or not enter into any business agreement unless he as the will to deceive customers the way he and his company" lets make an impact"" [redacted] did to us and to so many others that lost their money and did not do anything like this complaint, simply turned the page. In our case, we want [redacted] to REFUND us our $300 dollars and stop deceiving the public.Desired Settlement: to wire us back our $300 dollars he stole from us

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[redacted] is not addressing our claim. He is using false arguments to cover up his real dealings.

1). We were looking for a company that was supposed to provide real information regarding home[redacted]s in distress with 30 days late on their mortgage payments. Not anything else, not names that do not match with the real home[redacted] for an amount of money, since paying for a name that doesnt belong to the home[redacted] on title is simply a scam.

2). We got into contact with [redacted] AKA IMPACT MARKETING SOLUTIONS AKA [redacted] He offered us names of people that are one month behind in their mortgage payments, for a certain amount PER NAME.

3). He requested us to pay him in advance for the list the amount of $400 dollars but has to be with a check or wire. No credit cards or other mean of payment.

4). We did, we sent him a Check for $400 dollars, he cashed the check and sent us a list of names that were supposed to be from home[redacted]s that are 30 days late on their mortgage payment, so we can do our marketing to those names, offering our real estate services. Up to that point everything was ok. When a person is only 30 days behind in the mortgage payment, do not show on the Public trustee and do not have a notice of default, since lenders do Notices of Default months after the first payment is missing, sometimes a year.

5). [redacted] AKA [redacted] told us before paying him $400 that if we find names that do not match with the [redacted] of record, he will replace the names for new names.

6). We revised the list, and found that around 6 out of 10 names did not match with the real home[redacted] on record, were simply plain names, other names were of people that had already a Notice of Default and were public, that is no longer a lead, and was worthless.

7). We sent the list with all the names that did not match the home[redacted] and the names of people that had a Notice of Default already at the Public Trustee's office, so he will replace those names for new ones, as agreed.

8). Days passed, and we had no response from [redacted] AKA [redacted] AKA IMPACT MARKETING SOLUTIONS.

we sent him several emails with no response whatsoever. At that point we only wanted the replacement of the names, but no response.

9) After a month, he replied stating that they were "reviewing" the list.

10) Finally, [redacted] said that he was perfectly fine, and he will not replace nor refund our $400 dollars because for him, he was perfectly fine.

We feel that this is simply a swindle, that [redacted] is deceiving the public, and he cant be lose doing this kind of deals to innocent people.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

No information was provided on the "incorrect names". We offer an 80% accuracy guarantee. That allows 20% inaccuracy. The client was unwilling and unable to prove any level of inaccuracy when I requested it. There is nothing left to do here. I tried to get the information from the client to dig deeper into the supposed problems with the file, but I was met with resistance and no proof was supplied. The client is looking for a full refund with no information to support his claims. The client has unfounded claims that he is unwilling to provide information on, there is nothing further that can be done. We checked the entire file and found that we have provided a viable list well over the 80% accuracy guarantee. This is just a case of an individual looking to get something for free, which we will not feed into.
