Subject: [redacted] # [redacted] Hello; I received a letter today stating we had not responded to a complaint issued against us by [redacted] * [redacted] I also had a voicemail from Jan left on Friday stating we hadn't responded to messages emailed to us at [email protected] I don't know where that contact information came from, but needless to say we haven't received any messages as that isn't our email address I am requesting that the case be reopened and we have the opportunity to address the clients questionsI have attached a copy of the agreement between the client and Impact Athletic The client used the name [redacted] , we have no record of a [redacted] Although we offer a no termed contract, [redacted] chose a month agreement as it comes at a lower cost The cancellation terms are clearly outlined in section Section is also applicable to this situation Both sections were read and initialed by the client We try to be as clear as we can to avoid any misunderstandingsMr [redacted] did attempt to cancel and was in fact given the information that a cancellation fee would be required as he claims I will add to that, that on August 16th his Father contacted us, apologized for the confusion and paid what was owed on the account We apologized for any misunderstanding and he assured us he had talked to his sonPlease advise what further attention we need to give to this matter I left a voicemail today in addition to this email We may be contacted at [redacted] or ***@impactathletic.com Thank you, Heidi S*General ManagerImpact Athletic
