Review: Dear Sir or Madam,I signed up and paid for a online movie download service that is a fraud. imovies.com advertise that you can download videos to your computer in either MP4 or AVI format that can be burned to a DVD. This is not true. The website will allow streaming videos but the links to actually download are dead links. I have tried multiple computers both at home and at work to download and the website download links do not work. I contacted their tech support and they were rude and said the problem was on my end not theirs. I am an Electrical Engineer and computer expert and I can assure you that this is a fraudulent service. I feel that they lure customers in advertising downloading movies when in fact all you can do is stream live. I called my bank and blocked the visa charge, and last night I received a threating email from imovies.com tech support threating me with legal action for canceling the service and having my bank return the subscription funds to me account. Please investigate this company. The following is their threating email and my reply.Not a threat.A formal email, this has gone beyond our support.Do not send us further emails.
