Review: As a result of Sandy approximately 15-20 trees were removed, by Immaculate Tree, on 11/**/2012. The stumps were ground on 1/**/2013 leaving large mounds of ground tree/dirt where the stumps had been. In late April I tried to rake and level the mounds but found that four of the stumps had not been ground below ground level. In fact, one is sticking up about 10 inches. Around May [redacted] I called Immaculate and was told by their [redacted] ([redacted]) that they would be back in about 2 weeks to remove the remaining stumps and that there would be no charge. After not hearing anything for 3 weeks I called, left a message and got no response. Since then I called both their main number (###-###-####) and their [redacted]'s cell (###-###-####) every week for the next 5 weeks, left messages on both phones and got no response. I then left messages saying that I would have to file a complaint if I didn't hear back from them very soon. It is now about 8 or 9 weeks since I began trying to get the work finished. eDesired Settlement: I would like the remaining stumps ground.
