In the nearly 40 years I've owned cars and had other people work on them, IMM is the best shop I've ever found, hands down, for quality of work, honesty and just being pleasant to do business with.

I've trusted five cars to them, and gotten excellent service and customer service with every visit. If there was a concern that didn't need to be fixed right away, they always told me that. Not once did I feel they were trying to upsell me.

Another big plus was the shuttle service that allowed me to drop off a car in the morning and catch a ride to work.

It's my bad luck that I'm now working in a location too far from IMM to let me continue as their customer. Dave E[redacted] has put together a top-flight shop. You should use them even if I can't. They're the best.
