I ordered a 2XL dress and I receive a 1Xl or a XL but it cannot fit. I asked for a returned or exchange and they refused. They should not be selling, they are a scammer. They send you clothes that are not the correct size. I do not recommend this place to shop. They don't exchange or refund.

I purchased a dress and was sent a totally different size and instead of a refund I was given a gift card so I made another purchase and then was sent a totally different item than what I ordered...Called the owner and she instructed me to ship back the wrong item which I did the very next morning and she asked me to text her the tracking number and receipt from the post office which I did and after doing so I was told I would receive my corrected item via overnight shipping which did not happen so when I called the owner to inquire on my item I was told she fired all of her staff and she would try to ship today which is 4 days later and now is too late and when requesting a refund I was given yet another gift card. This company is a scam and does not practice good customer service nor business practices. No apology was ever rendered. It's really sad.

I ordered an article of clothing last year around 5/22/2019. I received it and I didn't like the fit so I emailed the company to return it. I returned it and emailed the company again to make sure they had received it. On 6/4/2019 I was given a code to use. Just the code, nothing saying there was a expiration date and nothing on the website stating there are expiration dates for the codes. I finally found something that I liked and tried to use the code on 2/26/2020, and it states code is invalid. I emailed the company inquiring about the code since there was not an expiration date given and nothing on their website. The company was very short with me and was very rude. Never really answered by questions. They said they sent reminders to subscribers and posted on ***. I'm not an subscriber and I am barely on *** so how am I suppose to know? They are very unprofessional.
