This individual appears to have filed a complaint for business conducted by IMAj Technologies, LLC (not I[redacted], the company for which this complaint was filed against with the Revdex.com).  These 2 companies do have common ownership, so the below response is being submitted on behalf of IMAj...

Technologies, LLC. This individual did not ever contact us to indicate that they were unhappy at any point. They originally contacted us about helping to repair a laser for them on 3/1/16. After contacting the original manufacturer of the machine to discuss acquiring repair/replacement parts for the equipment, we were advised that it was stolen and the manufacturer refused to supply repair parts as a result.   We held the machine temporarily while they went back and forth about who was going to pay the bill and pick it up. No repairs were made and the machine was returned to them exactly as it was brought to us. They were charged for 10 hrs for diagnostics and time.  They ultimately paid and picked up the machine.  Quite a bit later they attempted to dispute the CC charges in an effort to get out of paying their bill, which we were able to successfully defend with the credit card company. We have heard nothing from them or about it since.This claim filed with the Revdex.com is completely unfounded, and appears to present a consistent pattern of behavior from these individuals in light of the apparent theft of a machine valued at tens of thousands of $$ from the manufacturer.  We provided the services for which we were paid.  It is our opinion that they are attempting to manipulate the Revdex.com into applying pressure to us in an effort to not pay their valid bill.  As a result, we ask at this time that this complaint be closed and dismissed from our record with the Revdex.com.  There is no basis for this complaint, and it represents attempted fraud on the part of the claimant.  Thank you.
