Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There was no rules stated anywhere regarding a requirement to claim the prize, and I was never contacted by them/notified that I won to even be able to claim it within that time frame My name and number was listed on the prize ticket and I was told they would contact the winner I called and went into the shop several times and no one ever called back or stated when I came in that it was to late to claim Attached is the face book post with the comments that give additional information.Sincerely, [redacted]

We feel horrible about this but basically the gentleman did not claim his prize within hourSo we moved onto the next person in lineWe are really sorry but in the past we have had people not show up to claim so we waste time without moving to the next one but because the gentlemen is obviously upset we are willing to offer one hour of tattooing valued at $so he feels better about the situationThanks and hope this can be a conclusion as we definitely didn't intend any harm from a contest, thanks again
