Imagine Epoxy

I started working with this company back in May 2020. I got a bid on the phone from a nice lady name Tiffany, who is no longer there. Then the owner TJ came out to take a look in person and we agreed upon a price. We set up an appointment to do the floor, but when the floor was finished, it ended up with a yellow overtone. They came back to fix it, but only did minor touch up, not the whole area. Needless to say, when they were finished, those spots did not match the rest of the floor. They came back yet again to redo a larger portion of the floor, about half, and they finally got that right. However, it now didn't match the other half of the floor. Between the initial consult, the initial job, all the days to seal, the repair work and the extra repair work, they came out 9 times. This alone was very disruptive. But now, after the 9th time and final repair, I still have 2 colors on my garage floor. They say I would have to pay to get them to come out and fix it again. They said they lost money on the job, so they can't do any more work on it. It's not my fault they did it wrong or lost money on it. Why should I pay to fix it? It should have been perfect in the first place. Needless to say, I am not happy and would never trust them or refer them to anyone. I really had hoped it would end up better than this. They are nice enough guys, but obviously don't know what they are doing.
