February 16, 2017Dear ***,I would like to take this opportunity to formally respond to a complaint that was filed with you, it is Complaint # ***.Our company ImageFIRST has had a long standing history with *** *** as a customer, I am frankly appalled at the impossible nature that it has been to work with the aforementioned doctorFirst, I would like to say that our records have never indicated that we have ever picked up the coats mentioned in the complaintThat being said, in the interest of trying to provide excellent customer service to this customer and their longstanding relationship not being discounted, we want to take care of this matter to some kind of satisfactionOur first attempt was to offer a credit against future service to cover the cost of the supposed lost coats, this was met with refrain by the customer saying that we needed to replace themSince the style information that they provided is not valid for anything that we have ever bought from that manufacturer, we purchased replacements for this doctor of a similar natureThis was done separate times, once in October, once in November and finally once in December, all of which were different pieces which we believed to be comparable to what they hadEach time we tried to make this right, we were met with ruder and harsher accusationsAt this point, due to the completely unprofessional attitude and threatening nature of the staff and doctor at this office, we have decided to terminate service to this customer and are frankly unwilling to continue to try and rectify the situation because we believe it to not be solvable due to the unrealistic expectations of the customer.If you should have any questions or need anything else from us, please feel free to contact our office at ###-###-#### or you can contact me via email at ***@imagefirst.comAlexander SChief Executive Officer
