Image Line Renovations

Hello.This customer [redacted] has had us out 5 time's in the 6month warranty he call and texted on the 6th months of warranty but did not call us back until February we can not do anything for he has parts vinyl that keeps peeling off are contract is labor only and we have done work that was done... trim that was not paid work performed and extras as well I have talk to him regarding the work performed and are work to fix flooring has no problems for that is the work we performed for him his vinyl is cheap product where we were not going to give him warranty but he did not want to pay last install that he purchased parts we have pictures of finall install that nothing was wrong and was very happy with the work done each time we came out the vinyl was still good it looks like in his pictures that they where pulled off it tampered with we always take care of are customers but talking with him made it harder to help out on something that is parts

I have evidence, via text messages, that the defendant saw the pictures of unsatisfactory tile work, while it was under warranty, and agreed to come and fix them! In turn, the defendant never showed up to fix the problemsMy attempts to have the defendant honor the warranty and his word in stating that he would show up and fix the issues, have been dragging out for over months now!
