Paid 50$ for a diagnosis on my computer as an upfront fee. I told them my issue is I cant install windows on my ssd card because my computer isnt recognizing it. 24 hours later they say there is nothing wrong and they'd charge us 200$ to install windows for us. That is ridiculous price so I said no, I can install windows easily. I get home and go to install windows on my ssd that is still not recognizable... there diagnosis was wrong, I took a different ssd card and replacrd it in the same slot. It got recognized and I installed windows to it. They either didn't do a diagnosis that I had to pay 50$ for or they lied to me.
