Faulty app purchased ilumi light bulbs about years ago at Best Buy and have been having problems every time there is time change ( fall and spring)When time change occurs, my schedules stop working as the lightbulb is not capable adjusting for time changeI contacted ilumi numerous times (via Twitter and email) but their support offers no working solutionTheir solution consist of deleting and redoing all my schedules at time changeThis has to be repeated every spring/ fall time changeIlumi refuses to fix their app and when contacted, they advise me to "reach out" to their support team and the story repeats itselfI also attempted to contact Ilumi CEO but when asked about his/her name and contact info, I was rudely told to "Google it myself"I am seeking full refund ($100) on their product
