Three attempts to contact both the franchise owner and general information ILKB website to cancel or even just temporarily suspend my membership due to the closure of the facility. I have received zero response to all avenues of my request.

Nancy and I spoke today 6/3/2020. I am the owner of iLoveKickboxing in West Boylston. It was unfortunate that Nancy was unable to contact us directly. Due to COVID suspension, we have limited access to our studio and only staff the phone line at certain hours. We found one staff left the phone in the wrong position - although Nancy's calls are in my records, I never received them. We have agreed with all members that any dues paid during COVID suspension time will be paid back to members with extended memberships. And, due to the extension of the shutdown, we have suspended all accounts (no charges in May or June) as we move towards reopening.
Nancy and I agreed to document our phone call with an email and have set up good communication channels. The issue is resolved.
ILoveKickboxing started advertising their classes before the chain actually opened. I signed up for five free classes with free gloves, after I was assured that they would be offering classes at times when I could go (I am a teacher and my hours are weird and many). Over the summer, I attended two classes and enjoyed them very much, but when it became time to go back to school, there was only one class I could actually make it to, but I had signed up for an 'unlimited? membership after being assured that they would be hiring more instructors and, therefore, would soon have classes at times when I could attend. When I contacted them asking them when they were adding more classes and could I put my account on hold until they added the classes I was told I could. The next month, they took the $145 directly out of my checking account. This has now been going on for over six months and they have taken over $1000 out of my bank account. I've paid over $1000 for two kickboxing classes. I was supposed to get five for free, so I haven't even used up the classes from the trial period. They keep putting me off when I was told that my account could be put on hold.

Refund I want iLoveKickboxing to return every payment but the first one. I also want my membership cancelled, since I no longer trust the company.

Katrina signed up for a membership with iLoveKickboxing in West Boylston on September 9 - with a contract as she describes. The contract OVERRIDES the trial purchases and created an UNLIMITED access to our classes. Katrina was shown clearly what our class schedule was at the time and we have since increased staffing and classes twice in the 8 months we have been opened. Katrina chose to come to 2 classes. On November 5, Katrina requested a cancellation. Per our agreement - we processed this cancellation during a 30 day notification period during which she was charged.
Due to computer errors, Katrina was mistakenly charged for December and January and February - we have issued Refunds for those months. In addition, because of Katrina's dissatisfaction, I issued a refund for November although my contract clearly states that I was entitled to a final 30 day payment (she requested cancellation on November 5 which meant the next charge period of November 9 fell under that 30 day notice period). Nonetheless, I have since issued refunds for November, December, January and February.
I will not issue refunds for September and October when Katrina was a member and chose not to come to class.
I have offered her additional support - with my new expanded schedule - she is welcome to come and rejoin us and I would grant her the next 30 days of membership free.
I am being fair and considerate and have already made this offer to Katrina. There will be no additional discussions or refunds - she is welcome to rejoin us and continue her fitness journey. Or she is free to continue with her cancellation.
