I ran into many of the same difficulty as others a number of years ago. I attempted contacting them every conceivable way including searching out who the owner was. I was able to get his name & sent an official looking letter regarding an outstanding payment. He did respond assuming it was VISA & said he would be sending out his payment. That didn't do me any good but I guess VISA was paid. (lol)
I think I must've got busy with something else or had lost interest so that's where it sat.
But I learned a lot about BULBS, just don't know how much I remember. Forget about the off brand manufacturers, bulbs will always disappoint, lucky to get 3 - 4 months & that's with a duller picture. Philips (included in part # will always be UHP) is the best (for my Panasonic TY - LA2006) which fits a number of different Models & different Manufacturers. I believe the Phillips bulb was the original that came with the TV. The wattage on the bulb was a range, think it was 132 - 150 watts. Always check for the Stamp on the bulb, not just a UPC Sticker.
Maybe the Best Way is to complain to VISA, with enough complaints they might just drop them as a Customer.
