I have asked in two letters that Illuminating Designs return our Christmas decorations which they store for the customer.
I also mentioned that they damaged the trim of the house when they installed the decorations.
I have called one time to talk to management and the call has not been returned.
I would like to have the decorations returned to me by August 15. I plan to use another company to install my decorations.

The business said it would take a few days to review the information and that I had signed an agreement to rent the decorations. I don't recall that correspondence and would like to see a copy of it.
I don't understand where this agreement leaves me. Does that mean the $1400 I paid last year was for decorations I no longer own? I want to sever my relationship with this company and have any decorations I own returned to me.

No copy of credit on the invoice has been provided. No additional decorations (roof line) was provided even though the charge for the additional decorations was on the proposal.
The credit was indicated on the invoice and a copy has been provided to the customer.
