At this time, I have not been contacted by Safehaven Security LLC regarding complaint ID 10843633. I also have not received ANY refund for the amounts THEY AGREED TO GIVE for the cost of set up, which was blatantly advertised to me as free, and even the sales rep...

at my home said was a mistake. This company is full of lies and I do not believe I should be penalized and have to stay in a contract of 36 months that was given under completely inaccurate terms and false statements. Thank you for your help looking into this matter.
