Hello,This customer has received the product that he purchased and is clear in our terms of service that he is getting the virtual good he has paid forI understand he might not be happy with his purchase so we are in the process of refunding himIt takes a little bit more time with our payment provider to refund since this order was from early In fact Paymentwall our payment provider has denied his claim due to him receiving the product and determining it was to old to refundWe have put in a ticket with Paymentwall to refund his payment so hopefully he will be happy with thatWe are also contacting him through our [redacted] support system where he has filed a refund ticket and will let him know that the refund payment is on the way.Thanks, [redacted]
