Review: iLinc was unable to provide the webinar presentation service we contracted with them for. Their tech support department never returned phone calls regarding the important webinar recording they lost and seemingly were unable to recover. Their failure to provide reliable service has been very costly, putting us in a bad situation with our sponsors and customers. I've reached out to tech support and my sales rep [redacted], but this was never resolved yet they continue to bill us for the service. Another $129.00 charge from 7/18/12 has been added even though the service has been cancelled. They now show an outstanding balance of $387.00My sales rep, who has been the only professional person in this business transaction, acknowledged what happened was wrong and was working to get our account credited. Apparently she has been unsuccessful as the bill keeps coming. Since iLinc has failed to respond, and we have not received what we have paid for, our account should be credited. This is the type of company people should be warned about using. Their product was complicated and difficult to use. It's not reliable and the customer service is non-existent. We are now using Web Ex for this servicer, which has an easy to understand interface. Their customer service is some of the best I have encountered. It is possible for a webinar businesses to be run properly, iLinc just does''t know how do itat least in my case.Desired Settlement: Simply credit my account $387.00 for the services that I didn't receive.
