[redacted] No, I am not interested in paying more money to replace a defective product. I had nothing to hide when I originally contacted American Mattress, but told them then I was not paying them more money.
Review: I have auto pay with my telephone company, AT&T and haven't realize this ILD company have been charging me a fee since October. I call AT&T and they said that it was an independent company that I have to call them. I called ILD and told them I've never authorized to add their services to my bill. They say someone else did. AT&T services are on my name [redacted] and I'm supposed to be the only one authorized to do changes on my account. they said someone in my family did they change and I asked them who did. They said it was [redacted] This makes so mad not only they are charging me for a service I never authorized but they tried to guess a name with the fact I speak Spanish. just because I'm Latino means there must be a [redacted] in my house. there is no one with that name on my house, but they kept insisting on that [redacted] authorized the change. I asked if them to drop the last fee and just cancel my account. they said I have to pay this month fee and that the cancellation on the account takes weeks. I told them it was unfair that I have to pay for a service I'm not using they say that I have to do it. I asked the representative if I could talk with a manager, she said either way I have to pay the fee and refuse to transfer my call to her manager.Desired Settlement: for this company to stop charging people fee's that haven't been authorized. better training for their costumer services staff. their representatives are rude and disrespectful.
