I am writing you today to inform you of the real facts in this issue. **.[redacted] was approved by a bank. That approval was rescinded when [redacted] falsified his employment. When he did that he technically may have stolen the vehicle in question, theft by deception. He then drove it for almost 2 months racking up 4284 miles despite repeated calls asking for the vehicle's return. The customer was obligated to but never contacted the lender to fulfill the contract. Once **. [redacted] lost his employment and wasn't eligible for financing, the lender ordered the vehicle to be repossessed.

Review: Purchased a car from them. Believe we are victims of spot delivery. Traded my car in and deal fell through. They sold my car and will not give me the trade in value or another vehicle.Desired Settlement: Would like my car that I traded in or the trade in amount. Loan fell through..twice supposedly. Lied and said they had the wrong information. Came and picked up the car and kept my plate and all car paperwork with my personal information. Refusing to help at all. Very rude and dishonest
