I purchased a bathroom vanity from www.art-bathe.com on September 20 2017. The vanity arrived cracked and damaged. I have been fighting with the company to try to get a fair reimbursement or a full repair. In writing, I was promised a professional repair, but now then the employee is no longer with the company. They keep sending me a repair kit, but they keep sending it to the wrong address and no other compensation is being offered. I'm not too sure what my next step should be so I'm asking for Revdex.com's help.
I would be ok with either resolution; - Paste to fix the cracks/chips sent to the correct address and $1000. - Have it professionally fixed to my satisfaction at the company's cost - Full refund

Dear consumer,
As you are aware, this is a case which has been resolved already with compensation, free repair services, and other services provided by our company. You attempted to make a new claim recently after you had previously agreed to close this case several months ago, again we agreed to send out a kit free of charge to resolve the matter once more. It seems like the item was delivered to your billing address and there was a misunderstanding as to where this item was to be delivered to. We did send out a few kits to the new address you requested. This issue is being escalated for no real purpose and we do have the documentation to prove this.
Thank you

As per email-documented, professional help was offered but never provided. The company customer service employee was searching to send out someone to do the repair, but then when I haven't heard from him, and I followed up, I found out that he parted with the company. The company has never taken the initiative to contact me, this was done almost always done by me. I've spoken to at least 3 "customer service specialist" who all have parted ways with company, all promising me different options. It took them over half a year to send me a repair kit as they kept sending it to a wrong address. After further inquiry I received a curt call stating that I was already provided compensation and that it should be enough. I would like for a professional to come out and do the repair as promised in writing.
Hi,
This is unfortunately a closed case, we have a phone conversation with a client in which he agreed to close the case with some touch up paint as he had previously been given compensation. We will no longer entertain this attempt at free services as client has been given compensation, necessary materials to correct top, and we generally never offer repair services.
Thank you

This is as per their agreement...
"However, that being said, we would like to do more for you. We are currently seeking to enlist in the services of reputable, professional contractors in your area to go and repair your countertop and vanity for you. We will provide you with information pertaining to those results, shortly. We very much want you to be satisfied with your vanity.
In the interim, freely contact us if you have any further questions and/or concerns."
I do have the full email should it be required... As you can see, this business flip/flops on their responses.
Thank you
Hi,
This will be the last message on our end as this matter is being prolonged for no reason, we have a phone conversation with the client confirming to close a matter which was already settled with compensation given to client. This was discused during our last conversation with client and he acknowledged this and agreed to close matter once more with some touch up paint. At this point client is attempting to open a case which no longer exists. We will not be providing any form of compensation, service, or replacement as we have both e-mail proof and conversation that this matter was closed.
Thank you
