Used this company to remodel a master bath. Subpar workmanship through and through. No one from the company ever followed up on the subcontractors who were supplied by iiHome to complete the work. The electrical, plumbing, tile, cabinetry, countertops, carpentry - every step has been poorly done, out of order, and left incomplete. We were price - gouged almost 100% for pre-fabricated cabinets that were damaged, installed incorrectly, and warped. When we asked for our money back, the company walked away from the contract. Left a lengthy punch list undone, did not install trim/moldings around cabinets, tile is crooked in shower, did not supply drawings or measurements... The owner, Heather, is not a licensed contractor nor is she a member of the NARI association advertised on her website. Ask to see the licenses of her subcontractors; we did not, and now we are paying the price.
