and *** owners of IIE Investors LLC sold a house to myself on 6/4/2019 at the address of 908 Ridgewood circle Birmingham AL. At the time of sell *** acted as the selling realtor and *** acted as the home owner. The fact they were married was never disclosed (seperate complaint filed with Alabama realtor board for that). During the offer phase agreed repairs to the property included fixing a loose roof cap, a window that would not close and bringing the basement doors up to fire code by replacing them with ones that meet code. At closing these repairs were not completed. An amendment was made at closing allowing them another 30 days to complete the repairs. At that time they disappeared and have been unable to reach or find them since. No repairs were ever completed.
