On march 30th I made a reservation for two nights and I requested a ground room knowing that I was taking my mother with me and she couldn't clime up and down stairs, I had to argue with receptionist to give me a ground roomWhen he finally did, he assign me to a handicapped room full of cockroaches, whenever I call the front desk I was told that it wasn't truthWe left to do things for the day came back to find some strange people in our room, the staff had rented the room to other guestall of my personal belongings were gone and nobody has taken responsibility for thatWhen I spoke to the general manager of the hotel she claim that we got re-reimbursed for the nights and that amount should cover what we lost during our stayNot to mention the fact that they wanted me to wait for another day to see if the staff could figure out what happen to my personal belongings, according to housekeeping and their supervisor there was absolutely nothing in the room although we had rented the room for two nights

worst landlord I ever had...both men in office are rude, procrastinate...cant show up on time.. and dont ask for anything to get fixed...HUH ..what a joke
