I ordered the Pet Nail Trim product on 9-25-from I Hug Pets onlineBy 11-13-I had not seen my order so I e-mailed them and by 12-3-I still had not received my order or reply I tried to contact them again on 1-5-and got the same run around of "Help desk number" that had been changed They were glad enough to accept my money from my account but as of 1-13-I have yet to see the product ordered I would not do business with them in the future because of their unwillingness to send me the product, refund my money or even answer my e-mails

They were glad enough to accept my money from my account but as of 1-13-16 I have yet to see the product ordered.
