IHOP 36-221

During my visit at IHOP I ordered a Buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich with some hashbrowns and what I received was a brunch sandwich with hashbrowns. I was discussing this with one of my friends that the sandwich was not what I ordered and one of the employees then over heard what I had to say about my food so they tried to correct it and then when they brought me back the next plate after waiting for my food an additional 15-20 minutes she comes back with the correct sandwich and brought me fries instead of hashbrowns. I was not wanting to wait more time to have them correct the order again so I told her I would keep the fries. When I received my bill and wanted to go the store manager apparently was the one who rung up my order was what I was told by the waitress and the manager had clocked out and left for the day. SO I had to wait there till the manager came back to the store so they can charge my debit card.
