Manager and owner of IG property management Mr [redacted] is my landlord where I currently liveMr [redacted] has repeatedly failed to satisfy me as his tenant paying him a rent every month on time with repair issues to the air conditioningI moved in April of And since my 3rd day in the home the A/C did not work properlyIt took Mr [redacted] almost weeks to repair the issueI had to repeatedly complain to Mr[redacted] to acomodate me in anyway possible because how can I live somewhere with no A/C especially in luxurious high rise building where I pay a premium and expect a luxury living and stay as wellSince our first incident my A/C has repeatedly stopped working times and countingEach time it happens Mr [redacted] stalls and tries to find any way possible to find an alternative instead of sending his AC crew right away to rectify the issueWhat that has caused is an uncomfortable stay for me (Tenant) because I have to sleep in over degree temperature time and time
