policy, her last check was deposited in the USPS mail to the address on file with Employee Relations Per Ohio law, employers are only required to pay employees semi-monthly Given her last day of work was 7/28/15, the employer is not required to pay the employee until 8/15/ Regardless, the employer has chosen to pay employees more frequentlyGiven the employer pays employees weekly and given the employee's check was mailed on the regularly scheduled payday in accordance with company policy which she agreed to upon hire, the company has done nothing incorrectly and has paid this employee appropriately Reimbursement for expenses is not a required payment to be made by employers to employees and is not considered wages Therefore, we ask that this complaint be closed
