I booked ‘flights’ by purchasing vouchers and then redeemed the vouchers in order to book our ‘flights’. The actual cost for the day and time of day was less than the cost of the vouchers. I sent them an email Asking for a refund of the difference. I received a call and was told they don’t refund the difference. I was told that when someone buys a voucher they are charged the highest rate and if the vouchers are redeemed for a ‘flight’ time that doesn’t cost that much, too bad, no refunds. *** I asked to speak with the manager. He called me back once and just left his phone number to call back. I called back and left a very detailed message regarding my claim to a refund. I have never received call back.
