My opinion of this company is it's a *** with a storefrontMy wife took my I phone in after it went for a swim in the lakeShe was told that they would take the phone apart, dry it out and clean up any corrosionShe paid them $to look at it and perform these servicesThey stated that what was wrong with it was an Apple issue that they could not work onI took the phone to Apple and they pulled the Sim card outWhat did they find find? Water!!! these people did not clean the water out of the phone or do anything except take our money and say they couldn't fix it

I called Cell Phone Rescue because I had a cracked screen on my cell, They said it would take an hour to fix. It actually took 3 1/2 hours and then when I got there to pick it up, the glue had seeped into my phone, so they offered to give me a new casing. They made everything right in my opinion. They also threw in a free battery for my cell for the inconvenience. I would go back again if I had any other problems in the future. They obviously care about keeping their customers happy and doing what they can for them.
