August 29, 2016Revdex.com [redacted] ***RE: Complaint ID [redacted] The complaint you received is completely inaccurate and was made by an ex disgruntled employeeThese are the sequence of events:• She claims to have originally asked our office to cancel the policy on August This is untrue.• The first we learned of this situation was on August when she called the insurance carrier, Auto Owners, and told them that we refused to cancel her policyAuto Owners called us with this information at which time we informed them that she never contacted our office.• The first contact we had with her about cancelling the policy was an email we received on August Attached to this email was a Cancellation Request with signature dates of August The Cancellation Request was actually completed and printed in our office by her on the last day of her employment, August and could have been sent by her directly to the insurance company.• Once we received the email on August 24, the Cancellation Request was immediately sent to Auto Owners who processed it on August A refund check was issued by Auto Owners on August and sent directly to the insured.We are enclosing items that will document our account of this situationIf you need additional information, please don't hesitate to contact me.Sincerely,Edward C [redacted] **., CLU, ChFCPresident
